Mr. Stephen Michael Fields, 49 of Gilbertsville, KY passed away Monday, March 8, 2021, from an ATV accident near his home.
Born Wednesday, February 9, 1972 in Murray, KY, he was the son of the late Danny Fields. He was a truck driver for US Foods of Memphis, TN.
Surviving are his spouse, Lori (Cope) Fields of Benton, KY; mother, Aline (Styers) Fields of Benton, KY; son, Griffin Fields of Benton, KY, daughter, Serrin Fields of Benton, KY, sister, Dena Fields of Nashville, TN; aunt, Trish Fields Clark of FL and uncle, Don Fields of Little Rock, AR.
A service celebrating his life will take place at a later date.
