Mr. Jerry Dale Fox, 78 of Mayfield, KY passed away Wednesday February 3, 2021 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
Jerry was retired from Charles Todd Uniform and a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Mayfield.
Mr. Fox is survived by; two sons, Kevin Fox of Mayfield, KY and Jeffrey (Julie) Fox of Paducah, KY; four grandchildren, Tyler Robert Fox, Zachary Harris, Leah Fox-Kluemper, and Magen Fox; one great grandchild, Emmett Harris.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Millie Fox; several brothers and sisters; his parents were, Eulas and Margaret Fox.
A funeral service is scheduled for 12:30PM Friday February 5, 2021 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Tony Adams will officiate. Private entombment will follow at the Mayfield Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until 12:30PM Friday February 5, 2021 at the funeral home.
