Commonwealth Attorney Dennis Foust and Marshall County Attorney Jason Darnall joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. On February 3, 2021, Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron presented the Commonwealth Attorney of the Year Award to Dennis Foust and County Attorney of the Year Award to Jason Darnall. Both men said they were honored to receive the recognition and said the jobs they do involve lots of cooperation and they consider it a team effort. Foust has served as Commonwealth Attorney for Marshall and Calloway Counties since defeating incumbent Mark Blankenship in November 2018. Darnall was appointed assistant county attorney in 2004, and was elected Marshall County Attorney in November 2018.
