Matthew Wayne Rowe, 37, of 303 Edison Drive, Calvert City was arrested on January 07, 2021 on a Marshall County Warrant for probation violation (for felony offense).
Kaleb Harris Walker, 25, of 4320 Freemark Drive, Smyrna, TN was arrested on January 09, 2021 on a McCracken County Warrant for failure to appear. He was also charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ashley Rae Bradley, 41, of 1173 South Main Street, Calvert City was arrested on January 09, 2021 for trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (> or = 2 grams of methamphetamine) (enhancement). She was also charged with trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 oz.) 1st offense (enhancement), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree – drug unspecified (enhancement), possession of drug paraphernalia (enhancement), prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, failure to notify address changed to department of transportation, failure to produce insurance card, and operating vehicle with an expired operators license.
Damon Chad Legereit, 48, of 405 Cambridge Shores Drive, Symsonia was arrested on January 10, 2021 for DUI 2nd offense (aggravating circumstances). He was also charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, and failure to produce insurance card.
