Two days…two wins for the Lady Marshals golf team. On Tuesday they won the Lady Tiger Invitational at Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club after their first win of the 2020 season on Monday in the Lady Scottie Golf Invitational.
Their team score of 303 gave them the victory by 13 strokes over second place South Warren.
The Lady Marshals took the top two spots with Savannah Howell taking medalist honors with a 2-under par 69, while Trinity Beth tied for second with an even par 71. Adding to the scoring of Howell and Beth, Elsie Riley shot 79, Katie Roberts 84 and Sarah Umbarger 87.
Friday, the Lady Marshals will tee it up in Shelby County Lady Rocket Invitational at Weissinger Hills Golf Course, then head to Lexington on Saturday to play in the PLD Lady Bulldogs Classic Golf Tournament at Kearney Hills Golf Course.
