Doctor Zach Leible with Benton Chiropractic Center joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. With more people working outdoors during this time, Dr. Leible says he has been seeing more back issues. However, he says those whose work outside jobs tend to have fewer back issues than those with office jobs. And he says the use of cell phones has led to an increase in back issues. Better posture is a key and Dr. Leible teaching his patients some simple exercises to help alleviate those type of problems.
