Robin Walls with VFW Post 1084 near Benton joined us on WCBL’s Coffee Call recently. The post is set to open Wednesday, July 1 at 2 pm. The post will return to it’s normal hours, Monday through Friday from 2 pm until 10 pm and Saturday from 2 until 10 or sometimes until midnight. And Friday nights they will be starting back their dinners which are open to the community. And raffle tickets are currently being sold with a 52 week drawing. A ticket will be drawn each Friday at 7 pm, and when you buy a ticket for $52 it puts you in the weekly drawing for the entire 52 weeks. And even if you win one week, your ticket goes back in to make you eligible for each week’s drawing. For tickets call the post at 270-354-6385.
