CFSB response to COVID-19

As concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue, we want you to know that you are our first priority. This includes not only your physical health, but the health of your finances and safety of your personal information. As our valued client, we understand that you or your business could be impacted by this situation. Please know we are here to help.

CFSB has always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our Banking Centers, and we know this time is more important than ever. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’ve asked our team to make routines even more rigorous, continuing to clean throughout the day, especially spaces with client contact. We have heightened daily disinfection of public and private spaces in each Banking Center with a focus on cleaning frequently touched counter tops, handrails, doorknobs, and armrests while also placing hand sanitizers for convenient use. Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.

And of course, we’re committed to taking care of our team. We are providing all team members with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their family members safe. We’ve asked all team members to take precaution, as outlined by the CDC.

At the center of our company’s purpose is a commitment to you, our valued client, and it’s something we take to heart in good times and bad. This is why we’ll be working hard to keep our banking centers open during our regular business hours so we can be there to support you and your family.

If you prefer to steer clear of public spaces, please remember that we provide a variety of other ways to access your accounts and make transactions.

• Live Teller Machines (LTMs) and ATMs are available 24/7 and our Live Tellers are available for assistance 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday from 1pm-8pm. Deposits can be made through our LTMs. Check yourlifeyourbank.com for a listing of all LTM and ATM locations.
• Online Banking and Mobile Banking are available 24/7. Contact our Client Service Center at 888-226-5669 if you need to set up online banking.
• Drive-Thrus are open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm at all locations.
• Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA) is available for deposit of checks from our mobile app. This is a free service for CFSB clients.
• CFSB Zoom, available on our mobile app, allows you to send money to anyone via text. This is a free service for CFSB clients.
• Our Client Service Center is available Monday through Saturday during our regular business hours to assist with any transactions by calling 888-226-5669.

As a reminder, debit cards are a safer, cleaner form of payment. If you don’t currently have a debit card and would like one, we can make one for you in any of our Banking Centers. Check yourlifeyourbank.com for a list of all locations.
