Doctor Randon Prather with Gentle Dental Care in Benton joined Jeff Waters recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Dr. Prather is also with Benton Kiwanis and talked about the upcoming Tater Day Celebration. He has also been visiting schools this month during National Children’s Dental Health Month. Dr. Prather says for young children buy them a toothbrush that is colorful and fun, something that they like that will encourage them to use it. And he says flossing is very important and he prefers the flossers for convenience. The main thing is to floss once a day and to brush at least in the morning and evening, more being even better. And when it comes to toothpaste, use one that you like and one your children prefer.
