
With Friday’s 63-29 win over Paducah Tilghman, the Lady Marshals won their fourth straight game and improve to 14-8 on the season.
Tilghman’s Diamond Gray scored the opening basket and it would be their only lead of the game. The Lady Marshals taking control from there to lead 25-7 at the end of the first quarter behind 10 points from Cayson Conner, eight from Halle Langhi, Jada Driver scored four and a 3-pointer from Layne Pea.
The lead stretched to 49-10 at halftime and with a running clock in place the second half, the lead at the end of third quarter was 60-20. The Lady Marshals rotated everyone into the game off the bench and behind Conner’s 26 points, Langhi finished with 18.
The girls will play a 1:00 game at Mayfield (14-6) on Saturday.
