Christian Fellowship saw a seven point halftime lead fade away when Fulton City out-scored them 26-10 in the third quarter to go on a win 78-62 in the first round of the All “A” Classic at Mayfield High School. Four Eagles were in double-figures in Friday’s loss including Andrew Allen 14, Luke Grigg 11, Andrew Dunning 10 and Mikey Bivin 10.
Fulton City’s Cameron Madding led with 28 points and Brennen Walker scored 18, the two combining for 46 of the Bulldogs 78 points. Fulton City (5-4) will play Murray (12-3) on Monday in the All “A” Classic.

CFS played at St. Mary on Thursday and lost to the Vikings 78-62. Overcoming a first quarter eight point deficit, the Eagles led 29-25 at halftime but suffered a third quarter offensive slump to fall behind by 14 points heading into the fourth quarter. They out-scored St. Mary by six points in the final frame but it wasn’t enough to overtake the Vikings.
Luke Grigg led CFS in scoring with 12 points and was 8/10 from the free throw line. Mikey Bivin was also in double-figures with 10 points. Colin Doss led St. Mary with 28 points, was 3/4 in 3-pointers and 7/10 from the free throw line. St. Mary (10-5) beat Fulton County 56-47 Friday in the All “A” Classic.
