On December 25, 2019 at approximately 3:35 P.M. Deputy Kenneth Baldwin attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a blue 1990 Ford Ranger for traffic violations. The vehicle fled from Deputy Baldwin, and drove down Koerner Street, while failing to yield for Deputies emergency equipment. The vehicle then turned right onto Irvin Cobb Drive, and continued to evade deputies.
The vehicle pulled into the parking lot of Lowes, and while driving around the parking lot several items were thrown from the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of Lowes, and the driver was identified as Zachary Benjamin Mitchell. A female passenger was identified as Misty Shea Moore. Upon further investigation and a search of the vehicle deputies discovered that a bag of Marijuana, Methamphetamine, pills, and a digital scale were thrown from the vehicle. Deputies discovered Zachary Mitchell had a suspended license, and Misty Moore had a warrant for her arrest.
Both Zachary Mitchell and Misty Moore were arrested, and lodged into the McCracken County Jail.

– Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (> or = 2 grams of Methamphetamine)
– Possession of Marijuana
– Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess
– Possession of burglary tools
– Operating on a suspended or revoked license
– Tampering with physical evidence
Misty Shea Moore, 40 years old, of Paducah Kentucky
– Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (> or = 2 grams of Methamphetamine)
– Possession of Marijuana
– Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess
– Tampering with physical evidence
