The Marshall County Art’s Commission presents a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza on December 31 at the Kentucky Dam Village Convention Center in Gilbertsville. The event is a fundraiser for the arts commission and will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres and a full 18 piece band, the Todd Hill Orchestra. The extravaganza will run from 8 pm until at least midnight.
