MSU 2019-2020 Theatre Season Kicks Off with ‘A Peter Rabbit Tale’

Murray State University’s Department of Global Languages and Theatre Arts kicked off their 2019-2020 Theatre Season with A Peter Rabbit Tale this week in the Robert E. Johnson Theatre.  They invited schools from around the region to come enjoy the production, as well as the general public!  It’s not too late to catch this production that Director R. Wayne Hogue says they put together in only 15 rehearsals!  There is one last show tomorrow, Saturday, October 5th at 2:30pm and tickets are only $5.00.  I had the chance to attend the show on Thursday, and was quite impressed with the entire production.  These students work very hard on these plays throughout the year, from building the sets to acting and behind the scenes music and sound.  If you can’t make it to this show, you should definitely put one of their next shows on your calendar.  Below, you will find their complete 2019-2020 Theatre Season.
