Mr. William Eli Cates, age 48, of New Concord, Kentucky died at 7:15am Thursday, March 21, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Cates was born in LaMarque, Texas to the late Robert Kendall Cates, Sr. and Joann Cody Cates.
He is survived by his life partner, Morgan Evans; two sisters, Melissa Thompson and Rachel Clark.
