Teresa Phillips, 47, of Paducah, died on Sunday morning, January 27th, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Paducah.
Teresa was a lifelong homemaker.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Doug Stephens of Paducah; two children, Brent Stephens of Paducah, and Patience Stephens of Paducah; one sister Holly Word of Paducah; one grandson, and her mother, Ramona Worrell of Brookport, IL.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hollis Davidson.
No services will be held at this time.
