Doug J. Hunt, 66, of Paducah passed away at 9:52 am on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Hunt was a mechanic for 23 years for the McCracken County Road Department and a member of Gospel Assembly Church of Paducah.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Wanda L. Hunt of Paducah; two brothers, Mike (Geralene) Hunt of Paducah, Don (Ellen) Hunt of Paducah; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Hunt and Audie (Hamilton) Hunt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Gospel Assembly Church of Paducah with Rev. Bobby Mouser & Rev. Encil Edmonds officiating. Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, IL.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah. A second visitation will be held after 10:00 am on Tuesday at Gospel Assembly Church of Paducah.
