This week’s Lyles Eye Center Team of the Week is the Christian Fellowship Lady Eagles volleyball team. After dropping their first game of the season to Paducah Tilghman 3-1 (28-26, 15-25, 25-16, 25-20) the Lady Eagles won their next three of four games starting with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-16) win over Community Christian Academy. They lost a five-set match to Marshall County 3-2 (25-19, 18-25, 11-25, 25-18, 15-10) then followed that up with two straight wins over Ballard Memorial 3-0 (25-11, 25-16, 25-12) and Madisonville-North Hopkins 3-0 (25-15, 25-14, 25-16). They are under the direction of Suzie Burnett who is in her ninth season as head coach of the Lady Eagles.
