Police need your help locating this man

Multiple law enforcement agencies are continuing to search for a man who allegedly escaped authorities Tuesday afternoon as he was being served at least two warrants for cases in Calloway County.  A pair of Calloway deputies were attempting to serve warrants to a man he identified as Brock Mardis at a residence in southern Marshall County.  One of the warrants was successfully served, then a deputy attempted to serve the second warrant and Mardis took off.

A high-speed pursuit then began, heading west on Brewers Highway (KY 402) and eventually reaching Vanzora Road near the Brewers community. That was when the man, identified as Mardis, apparently jumped out of his vehicle and escaped into a field.  In addition to Calloway deputies, troopers from Kentucky State Police and deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office also joined in the search for the man. We do not know at this time what type of warrants Mardis was being served.

If anyone has information that can help us find this person, we absolutely can use their help. They need to call us or other law enforcement agency.”
