Benton’s Rylan Sutherland wins World Champion Steer Wrestler at the National Little Britches Finals Rodeo at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie Oklahoma. Sutherland competed in the senior division . He qualified in calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping & ribbon roping and made it back to the short go in steer wrestling & ribbon roping . He ended winning the finals average & world champion in steer wrestling. He won a world champion & average buckle and he won a 1st and 5th go round buckle and saddle in steer wrestling . Sutherland also won a 7th go round buckle in ribbon roping with his partner Josie Luttrell from Morganfield and he won two sets of spurs for the short go.
