On Wednesday June 20th Deputy Steven Oakley responded to Howards Grove Rd in reference to a male subject sleeping in a vehicle that wasn’t his. The caller advised that the male subject still had her keys and had went through the vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputy Oakley observed the male subject standing by the vehicle. Eric R. Yeomans 54, of Calvert City, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree and Theft By Unlawful Taking U/$500.
