Marshall County Ky Sheriff’s Department Activity Report. On Friday June 15th Deputy Luke Rudd was dispatched to US Hwy 68 W in reference to a residence that had been broken into. While conducting an investigation a bag that did not belong to the homeowner was located in the garage. There was a wallet located in the bag that belonged to a Jesse L. Boster 28, of North Branch, MN. Boster had previously been arrested at a neighbors for causing property damage to a residence and a vehicle. Boster was charged with Burglary 1st Degree and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
On Saturday June 16th Deputy Barry Howell served an indictment warrant on Lolita Carruthers 34, of Eddyville, KY. Carruthers was currently in the Marshall County Detention Center.
On Sunday June 17th Deputy Luke Rudd served a Failure to Appear warrant on Cheryl A. Stark 29, of Hardin. Stark was located in the Marshall County Detention.
On Tuesday June 19th Sgt. Tim Reynolds went to assist Calvert City PD on trying to locate a subject at a residence on Sandstone Street for an active warrant. After entering the residence, the investigation revealed several items of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and methamphetamine. Jeremy D. Meredith 39, of Gilbertsville, was placed under arrest for an active Failure to Appear warrant out of Marshall County. Meredith also obtained new charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession Controlled Substance (Meth) 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
