Mrs. Lareva M. Elkins, age 91 of Benton, KY died on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at her home in Benton, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Olive Baptist Church.
Born Tuesday, June 29, 1926 in Calloway County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Rufus Duncan and the late Laura (Byars) Duncan.
Surviving are daughters, Amy Pitt of Benton, KY and Cathy Pace, husband Spencer of Benton, KY, grandchildren, Dale Nimmo, Brian Pace, Lonnie Brittan, Jr., Anna Miller, 5 great-grandchildren, and 5 great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George Edward Elkins, daughter, Mary Brittan, and 4 brothers.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Brian Willie officiating.
Interment will follow in Barnett Cemetery, Hardin, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
