A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict eastbound traffic to one lane on Interstate 24 at the Purchase Parkway exit today (Wednesday, April 18).
Motorists traveling eastbound along I-24 through the interchange in Marshall County should be alert a lane restriction between the 24 and 25 mile marker to allow erection of sign truss structures. This eastbound lane restriction is expected to be in place between approximately 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
