The Whitehaven Welcome Center along Interstate 24 at US 45 Paducah Exit 7 will be hosting its annual Christmas Open House from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 9 in Paducah.
The event is free to the public and gives everyone an opportunity to view the decorations throughout the house. The decorations are provided and placed by local civic groups from the Paducah area.
Santa Claus will be at Whitehaven from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 8. The public is invited to take advantage of the opportunity to bring kids to see Santa. Participants will have the perfect chance to get pictures with Santa by using personal devices and cameras with no charge.
The Paducah Children’s Orchestra will perform from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 9. Local youth perform for the public inside the facility while everyone enjoys the decorations and scenery inside the house.
