According to MCSO Joshua Adams of Gilbertsville, who remains under supervision, failed a drug test. Officers with KPP and MCSO allegedly found additional items discovered throughout the course of investigation field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
Adams was charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear later in Decemeber in Marshall County District Court. Additional charges could be pending.
