
Mrs. Judith Faye Moore, 76, of Calvert City, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 18, 2017 at 11:35 a.m. at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. She was a homemaker who loved gardening, ceramics and antiquing.
Born July 15, 1941, in Palma, she was the daughter of the late C.H. Solomon and the late Elsie Viola (Kramer) Solomon.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Cecil Howard Moore of Calvert City; three sons, Darren Moore (Nancy) of Calvert City, Michael Moore (Stephanie) of Calvert City and Lance Moore (Andrea) of Calvert City; two daughters, Marcie Tracy (Richard) of Calvert City and Molly Wilson (Jeremiah) of Gilbertsville; brother, Scott Solomon of Sharpe; two sisters, Margaret Quirk of Palm Springs, Calif., and Connie Olive of Gilbertsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents C.H. and Viola (Kramer)Solomon.
Judy had 14 grandchildren that blessed her every day. Joey Moore (Jamie), Cory Moore, Rebecca Moore, Kathyrn Moore, Cassidy Moore, Meagan Wilson, Zachery Tracy, Sarah Moore, Grant Wilson, Hannah Ladd, Gavin Wilson, Lucas Tracy, Savannah Moore, Saylor Moore and two great-grandchildren, Claire and Spencer.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, in the chapel of Collier Funeral Home with Anthony Harper officiating. Burial will follow in the Joe W. Moore Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home.
