A Marshall County woman is facing charges after a single-car accident overnight.
According to Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded about 1:46 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22 to a vehicle in a ditch on Curd Road near Hardin. Deputies allege that investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Sylvia A. Taylor, 38, of Benton, was under the influence at the time of the accident.
Taylor was arrested and charged on suspicion of DUI, first offense. She was taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
