Christian Fellowship’s cross country team competed Saturday in the Fulton County Invitational. The top finish on the day in varsity races for CFS came from Anya McCombs in a field of 23 with a second place finish in 23:18.29. Also running the Lady Eagles, Leah Bathon finished 11th in 27:56.97 and Nevaeh Tyson 21st with 31:11.45.
Three from CFS ran in the boy’s division in a field of 47, with the top finish coming from Jordan Haley in 19:37.04 for ninth place, Jake Laframboise finished 10th in 19:37.04 and Boaz Burnett placed 16th in 20:27.41.
Jakin Burnett placed second in the boy’s elementary one mile run with a time of 7:06.79.
