EDDYVILLE, KY (July 27, 2017) – Kentucky State Police Troopers and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officers are on the scene of multiple collisions on Interstate 24 between the 42 and 40 mile markers in Lyon County.
KSP Post 1 was first notified at 1:26 p.m. of two collisions at the 41 mile marker east bound. Since that time, two more collisions in the eastbound portions have occurred.
Interstate 24’s eastbound traffic has been limited to one lane and is anticipated to remain this way for approximately 5 hours.
Westbound traffic has been unaffected by these collisions.
