Several Marshall County golf team members competed in the Junior Red Bird at Calvert City County Club, six placing in the top three of their age group. Megan Hertter took first in the girls 15-16 division with a 3-over 75 and Hallie Riley placed 2nd with 84. Jay Nimmo won first in a count-back in the boy’s 17-18 division over teammate Tyler Powell. Kennedy Spraggs shot 87 to take third in the girl’s 17-18 division and Kenley Luksic placed third in the 13-14 age group with a score of 100.
