Marshall County Sheriff’s Department makes DUI, domestic violence arrests

Sheriff’s report, July 3, 2017:

On July 2, Deputy Chris Greenfield was on patrol in Aurora when he observed a vehicle crossing the center line and almost strike other vehicles. Greenfield stopped the vehicle and as a result of the investigation, the driver, James Clayton Bailey, 71, of Paducah was arrested and charged with DUI ALC/Drugs/Etc .08, second offense;second-degree possession of controlled substance.

On July 2, Deputy William Strader responded to Devor Road for an altercation. As a result of the investigation, Casey J. Campbell, 29, of Benton, was arrested and charged with assault fouth-degree domestic violence; Drug Paraphernalia – buy / poss; possession of marijuana.

On July 1, Deputy Chris Greenfield responded to Hilldale Apartments in reference to a reported assault. The investigation resulted in a juvenile being charged with the following: assault fourth-degree domestic violence; possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia – buy / possess.
