A Calloway County man is facing charges after he ran his vehicle into a house trailer yesterday in Hardin.

Mark A. Aldgridge, 58, of Murray, was charged with DUI, third offense and cited to appear in Marshall County District Court.

According to Marshall County Sheriff’s Department reports, about 2:02 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a single vehicle crash off of Hilldale Lane in Hardin. A driver, identified as Aldridge, was driving through the apartment complex in a red hatchback when he jumped a curb and struck a mobile home in a neighboring trailer park. The crash knocked the home off its foundation. Further investigation revealed Aldridge was allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Aldridge was taken to Marshall County Hospital and treated for injuries suffered in the collision. He was charged thereafter. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
