Marshall County Sheriff’s Report June 2, 2017

On the night of June 1st, Deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office continued an investigation looking for a wanted fugitive. Deputies, as a result of the investigation, received information that the fugitive was on Wells Lane off Little Bear Highway. Due to the nature of the charges and his status as a fugitive, the Marshall County Special Response Team along with several patrol units went to the residence. Joshua A. Neeble age 36 of Calvert City was arrested on the outstanding warrants. Neeble was served a warrant from Marshall District Court for Failure to Appear on a misdemeanor case and a warrant from Marshall Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on a felony case. He was also served with a warrant from the Marshall District Court charging him with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree <2gms Methamphetamine 1st offense, Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy / Possess. Neeble was served a warrant from McCracken County charging him with Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree – Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. During the arrest, a bag of 4 grams of suspected marijuana was found on Neeble. He was additionally charged by SGT. Jason Lane with Possession of Marijuana. Neeble was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.

On June 1st SGT. Eddie McGuire was dispatched to English Road in reference to a theft. Paulette Nix reports the theft of a handgun from the residence.
