The Kentucky Lake Chamber of Commerce in Marshall County would like to announce that Marshall County High School graduate Travis Tack, has been chosen as the recipient of their $1,000 scholarship awarded each year to a deserving local high school graduate. Travis is the son of Dr. Brad & Dr. Lisa Tack of Benton and plans to attend Murray State University with plans to pursue either Pre-Medicine or CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) as well as participate in Army ROTC. Following graduation from Murray State he will be in the Army pursuing his career there.
The Chamber would like to congratulate Travis on all his contributions and achievements to his school and community during his time at Marshall County High School and wish him much success as he seeks to further his education, pursue a college degree and train for military service.
