Elizabeth Viola "Liz" Clark, age 72 of Mayfield, KY died on Sunday, December 18, 2016. She worked for Boone's Laundry and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Born Thursday, April 20, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Floris Edmon Hendon and the late Mary Elizabeth (Dunn) Hendon. Surviving are her son, Bobby Clark of Murray, KY, daughters, Sheila Walker, husband Rob of Murray, KY, Barbara Lewis, husband Jeff of Henderson, KY and Sandra Nicholas of Benton, KY, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jesse James Clark, and brothers, Joseph Edmon Hendon and Carl Ray Hendon. A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Maplewood Cemetery, Mayfield, KY with Robert Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Mayfield, KY. No public visitation is scheduled. Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025.
