June Sheppard Cossler Rice, age 76, of Wickliffe, KY, died Friday, December 16, 2016, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City, KY. Rice was a retired realtor and was a member of Zions Cause Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Coleman Sheppard and the late Meddie (Cress) Sheppard. She was also preceded in death by her first husband: William Ray Cossler Sr.
She is survived by her husband: Eddie Rice of Wickliffe, KY; two sons: William R. (Dollar Bill) Cossler Jr. and wife Andrea of Sharpe, KY, Jamie Karl Cossler and wife Mellissa of Goodletsville, TN; one daughters: Wyndi June Cossler of Benton, KY; one step daughter: Kimberly Lynn Youngblood and husband Ed of Gallatin, TN; one brother: Karon N. (Shep) Sheppard and wife Wilma of Paducah, KY; one sister: Martha Thompson High of Benton, KY; five grandchildren: Kemberly Marie Medina of Sunrise, FL, Alexis “Kellon” Cossler Bahre and husband James of Benton, KY, Kelsey “Roxi” Cossler Oliver and husband Todd of Lowes, KY, Kaden James Cossler of Goodlettsville, TN and Evan
Samuel Ganus of Goodlettsville, TN; five great grandchildren, and seven step great grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, December 17, 2016. Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 2:30 PM, Sunday, December 18, 2016, with Rev. David Keyes officiating. Interment will be at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
