CALVERT CITY – Maddie Ortt shot 86 on Monday in the 1st Region girl’s golf tournament at Calvert City Country Club, placing her 7th individually and missing the state qualifier mark by 4 strokes.
The CFS boy’s team competed in the 1st Region boy’s tournament Tuesday at Drake Creek Golf Club. As a team they finished 14th with a score of 405.
Scoring came from Elijah Toth who led the team with 90, Gavin Cypret 103, Jordan Choate 105, Logan Draffen 107 and Jordan Vuaghn 126.
