MARTHA ANN FORREST, 85, of Calvert City, KY, passed away at 9: 30AM Sunday, June 12, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by three daughters, Joan E. Beck and husband Preston of Benton, KY; Katie Champion and husband Tommy of Smithland, KY and Sandy Mott and husband Tom of Gladwin, MI; four grandchildren; Michelle Schmidt, Steven Beck, Chelsea Fox and Zack Champion; one great grandchild, Jayden Schmidt and one sister, Doris Garrido, of Los Angeles, CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Forrest and her parents, Fred K. Cotham and Helen Doughtery Cotham.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Bro.
