Leisha Vaughn, age 54 of Beachwood, OH died on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Mentor Church of Christ, Mentor, OH. Born Saturday, February 3, 1962 in Benton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Claude Butler Jr. and Shelby Diane (Humphrey) Butler of Paducah, KY. Surviving are her husband, Mike Vaughn of Beachwood, OH; mother, Shelby Diane Butler, son, Dr. Derek Vaughn, wife Trisha of Cleveland, OH, daughter, Whitney Vaughn and fiance' Justin Hickerson of Brentwood, TN, brothers, Dr. Danny Butler, wife Lori of Paducah, KY and David Butler, wife Carmela of Benton, KY, sister, Tammy Cleaver, husband Tracy of Murray, KY. Mrs. Vaughn is also survived by mother-in-law, Janice Vaughn of Benton, KY, brother-in-law, Tim Vaughn, wife Hope of Benton KY; and nieces and nephews, Lyndsey, Brandon, and Brooks Conner, Leeandra Cleaver, Miles Butler, Reese Butler, Lance Butler, Keeley Butler, Raven Butler, Morgan Vaughn, and Madison Vaughn. She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents, Rex and Ruby Humphrey and Claude and Ruby Butler, and father-in-law, Dalton Vaughn. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Calvert City Church of Christ, 4625 US-62, Calvert City, KY 42029. Interment will follow in the New Zion Cemetery, Benton, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Collier Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Calvert City Church of Christ.
