JB “Shorty” Williams, age 94, of Benton, KY, died Saturday, June 11, 2016, at
Residence in Benton, KY. He served during the World War II.
He was the son of the late John Williams Sr. and the late Flossie Williams
He is survived by his son Dale Williams of Benton, KY. Daughter in law Brenda
Williams of Benton, KY : Brother: Conroy Williams of Trenton, MI. Sisters, Hazel Skinner of Hopkinsville, KY.and Cynthia Frances of Beecher IL. : two grandchildren; six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son Jerry Williams, Brother’s Wilbert “Bank” Williams and Don Williams, Sister, Annie M. Nunn and one grandchild.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2016. Funeral service will be held Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Collier Funeral Home. Officiating will be Bro. Joel Frizzell. Interment will be at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
