LAND BETWEEN THE LAKES, KY/TN - If you have an interest in what Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area monitors to measure success of their management practices, they need your ideas and comments in March. Beginning March 1, 2016, Land Between The Lakes will have a 30-day public comment period for feedback on their monitoring program proposed changes required under the new Forest Service 2012 Planning Rule. The new planning rule guides monitoring across the Forest Service connected to each forest's land and resource management plans.
