Kevin Spraggs, Real Estate Broker/Auctioneer for Spraggs Real Estate and Auction in Gilbertsville, KY has been selected by his peers as 2015 REALTOR of the Year. He resides in Benton with his wife Kandi and daughter Kennadi.
The award is given annually at the Kentucky Barkley Lakes Board of Realtors Annual Installation Banquet to recognize someone who is not only a Realtor but also serves in their community. Spraggs has been in the business for 18 years.
He served as President for the KBL Board of Realtors for 2015, has contributed to the Marshall County Exception School since 1998 serving as Auctioneer for their annual Golf/Live Auction fund raiser, and has also been involved with several other community organizations.
Heritage Bank was recognized as the Affiliate of the Year, with Bruce Lyles accepting the award.
