Leroy Moyers, 72, of Calvert City, KY passed away at 6:48PM Friday, November 27, 2015 at his home.
He was a member of Altona Missionary Baptist Church. He was a retired painter and a veteran of the United States Army Reserve.
He is survived by, his wife, Sheilia J. Hill Moyers of Calvert City, KY; two sons, Jessie Wade Moyers of Calvert City, KY and Jeffrey Lee Moyers of Calvert City, KY, four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Genevieve Estes of Paducah, KY; Lucinda Crowell of Benton, KY and Debbra Martin of Paducah, KY.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Riley. His parents were Jessie Leroy Moyers Sr. and Lucille Turner Moyers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM Monday, November 30, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Bro Roger Rice will officiate and burial will follow in the Fooks Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00AM until the funeral hour Monday, November 27, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home.
