Mr. Phillip Hayes Wolfe, 76 of Benton, KY died on Sunday, November 15, 2015, at his home in Benton, Kentucky. He was retired as President of Wolfe Sales. Mr. Wolfe served in the US Airforce and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church in Benton. Some of his favorite hobbies were golfing, fishing, and boating on Kentucky Lake.
Born Wednesday, November 30, 1938 in Paducah, KY, he was the son of the late Dr. Earl Merton Wolfe and the late Clara Mae (Vogel) Wolfe.
Surviving are his wife, Charlotte (Kelley) Wolfe; sons, Matt Wolfe, wife Donna of Chesterfield, MO and Michael Wolfe, wife Kim of Lexington, KY, daughter, Debbie Konrad, husband David of Benton, KY; brother, Rusty Wolfe, wife Sherry of Lone Oak, KY; grandchildren, Lindsey Ryan, Lesley Evans, Matthew Wolfe, Diana Wolfe, Erik Wolfe, Addie Wolfe; and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Judy.
Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Tyler Ryan officiating. Inurnment with Military Rites will follow the service at the Benton Cemetery, Benton, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Collier Funeral Home.
