Update submitted by Scott and Jill McWilliams:
Lady Marshal soccer player, Rachel McWilliams, just returned from her All-State Honorable Mention game. She started the game as the defensive center midfielder and also played a centerback for the West team on Saturday, November 14th. Only three players were selected from our region to make a state team. Her teammate, Kayla Travis, made the 2nd Team but was unable to make the game due to a prior commitment.
Rachel just completed her last season as Captain of the Lady Marshal Soccer Team. She was given the Team Leadership Award from her teammates. She leaves as All-Time High Career Assist Leader and the Single Season Assist Leader for the MCHS Lady Marshal soccer program. She will be joining the Campbellsville University women’s varsity soccer team this fall.
