Craig A. Spencer, 54, of 703 Rusty Lane, Apt. #2A, Carterville, IL was arrested on October 26, 2015 by Officer Matthew Humble for DUI 1st offense.
Phillip Stokes, 51, of 3922 Gage Road, Kevil was arrested on October 29, 2015 by Officer Mike Canon for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
