Mary Elizabeth Isaacs, 69 of Benton, KY, formerly of Cincinnati, OH died on Friday, October 16, 2015, at her home in Benton, KY under the loving care of her children. She is finally resting and at peace.
Born Monday, May 13, 1946 in Letcher Co., Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Amos Lawson and the late Emma (Little) Lawson. She was a wife, a mother, a best friend, a homemaker, an outstanding cook, and caregiver to many. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving are her husband, Jesse Pullen of Benton, KY; children, Gloria Lewis of Benton, KY, Robin Anderson, husband Brad of Benton, KY, Auston Anderson, wife Bobbi of Benton, KY, Robert (Jason) Anderson, fiance’ Connie of Hebron, KY, Emma (Lydia) Wyatt of Benton, KY, Stephanie Anderson of Benton, KY, Ashley Newcom, husband Edwin (Junior) of Decatur, AL, Natasha Mannon, husband Neil of Benton, KY, Curtis Isaacs, wife Courtney of Bremerton, WA, Travis Isaacs of Benton, KY; siblings, Phyllis Boerst, Winston Lawson, Dale Lawson all of Cincinnati, OH, Fay Murray of Berea, KY, Ray Lawson of North Carolina, grandchildren, Hollie, Jonathon, James, Savannah, Aerra, Matthew, Vanessa, Len, Jake, Breanna, Nate, Abby, J.D., Rocky, Corey, Logan, Kelyn, Connor, Curtis, and Cooper, and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband, Curtis Isaacs, her son, Eric A.V. Anderson, her son-in-law, John D. Lewis, and siblings, Millard, Amos Junior, Edwin, Lawrence (Bud), and Carl Lawson.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Collier Funeral Home, Bro. Brad Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Marshall County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025.
