Judy Ann Blaylock, 45, of Calvert City, Kentucky passed away at 12:56PM Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her home.
She was a corrections security officer.
She is survived by two daughters, Jamie Blaylock of Calvert City, KY and Kayla Blaylock of Desoto, MO; her mother, Charlotte Jean Jestus Blaylock of Calvert City, KY; one sister, Sandy Furgerson and her husband Ken of Festus, MO; aunt, Terri Jestus of Jackson, MO and two nieces, Heather Johnson and Sara Schroeder.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Keith Blaylock, her maternal grandmother, Mary Jestus, two uncles, Charles Jestus and Donnie Jestus.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Rev. Betty Griffith will officiate. Friends may call from 10:00AM until the funeral hour at 11:00AM Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home.
