Thomas W. Vaughn, age 62, of Symsonia, KY, died Saturday, September 5, 2015, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. He was a member of the Elva Baptist Church in Symsonia, KY., member of the Symsonia Masonic Lodge #917 and a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Valley of Madisonville and a member of the York Rite Chapter.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Norvin and Joy Lou (Brown) Vaughn.
He is survived by his Wife Janice Minter Vaughn of Symsonia, KY. one daughter; Vickie Vaughn, of Nashville, TN. One son; Jake Vaughn of Symsonia, KY; Two sisters; Linda Williams of Symsonia, KY. and Joanne P’ Poole of St. Louis MO.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home with Bro. Jared Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Wallace Cemetery. Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Masonic Services at 7:00 P.M. Monday, September 7, 2015 at the Collier Funeral Home.
